Decent Pot, A Bit GimmickyFirst of all, if you just want to make basic slow-cooker style meals in this, it can do that just fine. The pot separation feature is possibly useful on some occasions, but there are some flaws with the way it's implemented. First of all, the two halves are literally touching, and they're metal. It doesn't really matter what temperate you set does it? The fact you can set separate cooking timers is nice, but again, the food will be right next to the other heating element.
However, I think in many cases people would want to just make one meal, so it would have been nice to include a separate one pot as well to allow for that flexibility? It doesn't though, you are stuck with this two pot design.
It's also claiming that it has functions that are not very useful. Like a baking function, the heating is way too uneven to bake things at any level so I'm not sure why this is supposed to be a thing. I also noticed that the power cord is a bit too short, which limits your ability to position it, and it's kind of a big boy.
The controls are a little clumsy, but like anything you can definitely get used to them. The build quality overall is pretty decent and it's a name brand appliance and I don't really see quality issues in that sense. It's just a little bit confusing in terms of overall design decisions. But it does work and you can make great food in it, but make sure you really need the duel pot concept.

sees constant use!My wife and I both love this multi-meal crockpot and cooker. Who knew, two compartments, two temperatures, or just two batches?
A great idea! Beyond that, the pot is easy to clean, easier to use, warms quickly to the desired set point, and can be left overnight. I like the color, too. This will have a permanent place in our kitchen!

Great, but doesn’t include 8 qt pot!Not exactly as advertised. Online, this also includes an 8 quart, nonstick pot insert so you can make one large meal OR 2 separate dishes. THIS listing isn’t that. It ONLY COMES WITH THE TWO 3 QT POTS and you can’t but replacements. (If someone sells that, please let me know! I’d buy it in an instant!) Just know that going in. Otherwise, this is a great product so far. Both sides are plenty big and heat up evenly. You can also sync them so the two things are done together. The settings are so nice too! So many. And it’s great for keeping two things warm, like mash and gravy!

Next evolution of the crock-potWe've had a small crock-pot slow cooker in the family for a generation and it's served us well through all those years. This multimeal cooker is certainly the next generation in slow cookers and highly versatile. The separate containers allows for such a variety of options when it comes to dinner planning and even more importantly you can cook each side slightly differently. The sync functionality also works great, just set the desired cooking method for each side then tell the cooker to finish at the same time, that's it…it'll do the timing for you. Fantastic product, look forward to using it for the holidays!

Don’t hesitate and buy it along with the 8qt(whole) accessory with it.Love it so far. I bought the 8qt single to go along with it, so I can use the half and half, plus for roasting and whole chicken cooking I use the 8qt whole one. I absolutely love it. Dont hesitate and get it. It sold out in most places. First day I used the sauté to cook chicken, added stock and seasoning and added rice and slow cooked it. Arroz com pollo. On the other half I made beef stew. Awesome awesome. 2nd day, i boiled pasta using the sauté function, and on other side sauce and cheese, when pasta was done, i the used the whole 8qt to incorporate both and then kept it warm so the whole day the kids can grab cooked food when they wanted. This is just so versatile. I hope they make more accessories for this in the future. I hope, more people give it a chance. As a chef, I tell you, this is so many appliances in one. I would give it more starts it i could.

This is the real deal!This good buddy takes the crock pot to the next level. It is perfect for small to large families. I love being able to cook two things at once on their own times!! Also I bought “one pot” the accessory liner so you can take the two halves out and insert it to cook the one large meal too!! I hope they come out with more accessories for it! You can do so much with it. I cooked a corned beef on one side and then cook bacon that I added cabbage to and steamed to have cabbage and corned beef for an example of a meal. Can’t wait to do all my fall soups and stews now that fall is here!!

Pretty good except…Really good product. Only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the “keep warm” and “slow cook” don’t allow more than 4 hours. The slow cook function does default to keep warm after 4 hours but when I want to cook ribs (6-10 hours) I have to turn it off and restart it. Defeats the purpose of a “slow cooker”.

Excellent for many reasons!Heats quickly and both sides are large enough that you can just use one for a meal that feeds multiple people. It’s nice enough to leave on a counter top if you don’t have the space to store it.
So far, I’ve made a chicken and broccoli pasta, I slow cooked the chicken for 6 hours on one side, then made the pasta on the other. You can boil pasta with the sauté feature. I cooked the broccoli in a microwave and threw it in with the pasta before serving. I haven’t tried the rice steaming feature but will do that next. Having the double pot feature is excellent for entertaining.

Multi meal maker!I love this pot! I’ve had this pot now since February. Perfect for cooking for a single person or small family. The finish at same time option is a valuable function.
Recently cooked two porks roasts (2lbs and 3.5lbs) on each side for pulled pork. Family was surprised that I was able to make to main dishes in my small kitchen at the same time that tasted so differently!

Love this multi cooker!!!This Crock-Pot Multimeal Multicooker is a game changer. The fact that I can brown meat and saute onions and garlic right in the cooker and then add the other ingredients and program to slow cook makes meal prep so much easier. I love that I can make a meat dish on one side and cook potatoes, rice or a vegetable on the other side. Each pot holds almost 4 quarts— big enough for a pot of soup. If I am making a larger soup or stew recipe I simply put half the ingredients in each side. It does seem to cook a lot faster than my regular slow cooker. If I want to speed up the pot even more, once the ingredients are all in the pot I turn the saute function on and let the contents heat up and then turn the cooker to slow cook. It is a very versatile appliance and I have used it a lot. Highly recommend.

Great valueI must say that I was skeptical about this item; cooking two foods at the same time, in the same cooker. The first use was a roast with gravy in one side, the potatoes, carrots, and onions in the other side. The results were awesome!! The roast was very tender, but didn’t fall apart. The veggies cooked to perfection; tender but not mushy.
It’s different from normal crock pot cooking, not exactly comfortable yet with leaving the house while cooking in progress.
I am very happy with this pot. Cleans easily and pots fit conveniently for storage. No regrets.

Perfect upgradeSo far this crock pot has been fantastic. On the 1st use we couldn't agree on pulled bbq chicken or pulled hot honey chicken, so we did both! Everything cooked wonderfully and in unison.
