Recommend for us beginnersAMAZING customer service! I purchased this item and was unable to get it to work. I read the instructions maybe skimmed it through as well. I decided to call customer service and got to speak to someone within minutes who then guided me on how to use it and it worked!
This product is definitely for beginners. It is plastic and one blade for all. The pulse button allows you to decide how far you want to grind the produce.
I am satisfied with this product and most importantly the customer service.

Perfect Mini Chopper for Small Meals! The media could not be loaded. This Cuisinart 3-Cup Mini Chopper in Anchor Gray (CCH-3AG) has become an absolute staple in my kitchen, earning a solid 5 stars! The 3-cup size is truly perfect for cooking for 1 to 2 people, handling everything from chopping onions to making small batches of sauce without any fuss. I was pleasantly surprised by the great price point for such a versatile and durable little appliance. It's incredibly easy to use with its simple operation, and cleaning is a breeze – all the parts come off easily for a quick rinse or pop into the dishwasher. If you're looking for a compact, efficient, and user-friendly chopper, this one is definitely worth it!

A great product. Indispensable. This is a wonderful tool and I use it regularly. The 4 cup capacity is much better (for me) than a 3 cup model. The extra capacity is perfectly handy for things like hummus based on a 15 ounce can of chick peas, or enough falafel based on uncooked but soaked chickepeas for two people. The 3 cup Cuisinart model, which I also have experience with, is too small for my uses. This particular model is durable and reliable and easy to clean. We have had two four cup models and the first one lasted several years– at least ten years– before a crack in the plastic that holds the blade developed. We have given these as gifts. Great for pestos including things like chimichurri. Also great for pureeing many things, including tomatoes. I also use it to make ginger garlic paste, as used for many Indian style dishes. This is a real "work horse" appliance.

Top won’t come off. This is the second one that I have bought and the same thing happened to both. I cannot get the top off and my blade is inside my chopper with a piece of onion. The top will not turn and I cannot use this product. I really wish they would reach out to me because I could still use the bottom part but need the top container with the blade. I would love to hear from them to see why this product does this.

A bit disappointed.I purchased this in July, the 2nd time using it, so now writing a review. I bought this because it’s a Cuisinart, and is replacing a Cuisinart Little Pro I’ve had for over 10 years. I am retired, don’t cook as much and the Little Pro was just too heavy and more versatile than I need. It works and does what I want it to do, but I find assembly challenging. My biggest issue is that the Smart Power Blade doesn’t easily slip on the bowl and power base. Maybe a quality control issue? That said, once assembled, the Chop and Grind functions do a good job for small batches. I do like the cord storage in the base. It’s a handy little gadget for occasional use, but can’t recommend it for as a “Kitchen” must have.

Great SizeThis is my second food processor ever. I have a very small kitchen and needed a smaller processor but not to small. I really do not have the space for a full size food processor. I use this one everyday to grind meats and veggies for my dogs, turtles and tortoises It works great. To me there isn't much difference between chop and grind. It comes out looking about the same. I would prefer a processor with more functions but I do not see that with smaller models. This processor has made my life much simpliar. It is a real time saver.

Great for chopping small batchesI love to cook and this small Cuisinart food processor is great. I have had one this size for years. It’s easy to use and easy to clean. I have a large one, but this is perfect for sauces, fresh spices or any dish that needs a smaller bowl to chop everything properly.
