After reading several reviews and comparing with other similar items, this set suits me best.
1. it's single hand use so there is no need to remove any covers (like some other brands have) or if one hand is dirty from marinating, let's say
2. The capacity and bottle opening is large enough to refill without me plus it's not made of glass so no worries of breaking it accidentally.
3. The cable really is fast charging.
4. Comes with a slim cleaning brush.

The media could not be loaded. Feels good and sturdy. Looks like it's made out of good materials. Wish it had more weight on the bottom, tips kinda easily. The salt one stopped working. I use mostly the pepper, almost every day, and it works great. The salt one I barely use, maybe once a month, because I use a lot of seasoned salts, but now it stopped working. Tried emptying it out, adjusting the coarse setting but it doesn't even make a noise. Probably just got a defective one since the pepper is still going strong with a lot of use. Tried new batteries and nothing.
***UPDATE***
Apparently I just had a defective unit, customer service contacted me and sent me a new one. It's actually an improved version with the hole for the salt and pepper to get grinded is bigger resulting in faster grinding. Great product. Still wish it had more weight on the bottom to be harder to tip over but then I'm just being picky lol.

I love this automatic salt and pepper shakers. However, I am now back in search of a new salt shaker because ours stopped working recently. I didn’t use the auto feature after the first few months of purchase because we still had some fine salt that we needed to use up before we purchased corse. Anyway, once we switched to auto it worked great for a few months but now it has completely stopped working. I was going to reorder from here (thinking the issue was user error) but now after reading other reviews the salt shaker seems to have a defect. Before it shut down it came apart a few times. It really seems to not be made well. I’m going to order another from a different company and hopefully it lasts a while. Our pepper grinder is still going strong no complaints!

I would give 3.5 stars if I could because I don’t think it deserves 4 due to the issues with the salt shaker
