Plastic cover
I like the precise fine grind yet it could use a button that's not so touchy and the plastic cover after the first time removing it to clean it out just pops off while grinding so that's not cool, otherwise it was a good buy, you just have to be careful that you don't touch the button while putting the lid back on or you'll have Herb everywhere, also forgot about the plastic pick like thing that's supposed to be used to clean it out shouldn't be plastic it needs to be of silicone, because the plastic just scratches the plastic cover, I was going to recommend this product till all these little things started happening after only using twice.

Pretty sick
I’ve used a bunch of electric grinders and used the wakit “grinder” for literally like 8 years, and in all respects to them, I honestly don’t know if I ever charged it once lmao ran on nuclear power or something but it’s not a grinder, it’s a ball and chain that disintegrates weed if you hold it a second too long lol
This one is actually a grinder that comes out perfect and it got that little cone you can just snipe bleep blop that ish into a cone loader or one those rolling machines and it’s over. You literally only touch the weed to put it in the grinder. This isn’t just an electric grinder lol this was made as a required quality of life item NEEDED by marijuana smokers. This should be government funded.
Save your little hands from the stress of trying to turn that gunked up grinder. Got your hands all cramping and stuff. I’m not saying don’t clean this one, but things happen. Sometimes we just want to sleep for 72 hours straight while smoking non stop. Cleaning? Bro I soiled this couch 9 times already, I'm not getting up to clean a grinder.
What I did to fix this avoidance of the feeling of having to do something that requires effort is buy a box of little alcohol wipes and keep under a table or something. When one of those times comes when you’re feeling a little rambunctious(get it, girl) rip one of them mfs open, little scrubaroonski then we vibin. Fixing to take some selfies with that shiny mf, let the ladies know I’m him.
I seen a review with a guy talking about how flower gets stuck inside the cone. Flower comes out and anything that didn’t comes out with a tap on the side. He’s talking about the kief that would normally go to the bottom of a grinder. Obviously, it’s just gonna stick to whatever it’s a magic thc dust! The plastic does pop right out to get it out, but I don’t really trust you guys doing that.
I use the little stamping stick that comes with the cone loaders, but I’m sure anything like that works. Go get a little twig if that’s what choo about. I just stick er in there yank it to one side and spin it around while going up and down. Make it raiiiiiiinnnnnnn!

🎖 Works Exactly As Advertised And Then Some!
After researching an automated grinder that would make our life's a little easier, we decided to go with this one since it really seemed to be exactly all we needed, but, with the thought that we would likely end up returning it. So, we didn't get too hyped for it.
However, we were very pleasantly surprised that, despite a decent amount of negative reviews, as long as you don't use too much at one time and follow the directions & keep it clean, it works exactly as advertised! I especially liked the tools that it came with, they are very handy. It's been used multiple times a day for weeks now, and I've not had a single issue. Not only that, it's been very consistent in terms of grind quality. To be fully honest, we'd been using a cheap plastic ball grinder for years, so, we might be pleased simply because we upgraded from a Honda to a Cadillac, so-to-speak. But, with that said it really does make the process incredibly easy now and we hardly even have to handle the herb anymore except for taking it out of it's original container and then breaking up the initial large buds into manageable pieces for processing inside the unit. After that, just tilt slightly to the side and grind away into the provided small plastic tray (best included item w/ purchase imo), and then I use the wide end to funnel into a bowl (the narrow end and included packing stick look perfect for loading cones). You certainly can grind right into your bowl/paper/cone/etc, however, I found it to be much easier to grind into something with some working room (like the included tray) so that you can more easily maneuver your herb into whatever you are using.
The only thing that I would change to make this absolutely perfect is to substitute one of the provided metal cleaning picks (also incredibly handy) for a little brush instead to handle the very fine elements of the herb (kief). We have our own that we use and it completes the toolkit, being used to dust the kief off the clear catcher part and maneuver it from the included tray to where it needs to be with no waste- also helps to sweep up any that's dropped from the surrounding working area (hopefully a larger tray) that happens to fly around, which, as anyone can tell you, is not avoidable even if you are as autistic and careful about it as we happen to be. And the included tray's wide end is tapered down to actually facilitate this (think of a broom and dustpan and how the dustpan's end is tapered to the floor to sweep up the small dust/dirt particles) so it would be an awesome addition/change, but, other than that, still very very pleased with the purchase.

Didn’t last a year!
Giving it 3 stars bc it works wonderfully but it stopped working after only 9 months. And it wasn’t used daily so I don’t know what the issue is.

Brilliant!
I did film a video. But thought better of it. Fantastic electric 'herb' grinder. The blades are sharp. But with the cap, Safe! Saved me a lot of pain in hands and arms. So simple to use and charges quickly. Highly recommend for people that struggle to grind herbs manually.

Customer service is 2nd to none
THIS BEST GRINDER I'VE EVER PURCHASED. So I purchased this fantastic grinder some time ago, it is used every day. It is well worked. I noticed a slight problem with it and thought I'd see if the part was first available as always on Amazon but couldn't find it. So I emailed the maker asking if they sold them, I enclosed a pic of problem, the very next day (TODAY) I got a reply, they are sending me it out today FREE OF CHARGE. It is without doubt the best customer service I've ever received. THANK YOU THOMAS @ MUMBA. my friends will be now getting a mumba a Christmas me thinks 😉🎉🥰
