Almost too powerful. Absolutely crushes anything. Puts my old hand blender to shame.

I bought this product on the advice of my friend. I took it from her several times to use, and it is really the best product I have ever used. Cream soup, desserts, and everything that the imagination is inclined to turns out very tasty and fast. I bought it at a discount and I am very happy about it, it is also very easy to clean.

Love it! Perfect if you don’t have a big mixer/blender or if you just need it for something quick where you don’t want to take out the big equipment. Works just as great. It doesn’t take up a lot of storage. I find myself using it more . Just throw the attachments in the dishwasher to be cleaned.

I am torn on this thing because, while it is an amazing product, it has one or two issues that I think will really harm its longevity.

First things first, the beaters, the dough hooks, they work great! They do exactly what you would expect, and they pop in easily; they are easy to remove when you are done, and yeah, they just work. One complaint about the hand mixer part though is that it has a speed adjust for multiple modes. I wish we had this for the immersion blender part too, instead of the 'regular' and 'turbo' speeds. I can't honestly say I have had any issues at all with the hand mixer aspect of it. It has handled the baked goods I have thrown at it very easily, it is very powerful.

Onto the immersion blender attachment. First off, this thing is POWERFUL. I use it pretty much exclusively to make Ninja Creami protein ice cream, which I consume very often. I prepare it inside of the included tall plastic container, and honestly, I am a pretty strong person, but even on the regular speed, this thing has a LOT of propulsion, so be warned, it could be hard to hang onto for some folks if you plan on moving it up and down while it's running. I have never used it in heat, so I cannot speak to the plastic melting issue lots of other reviewers seem to have.

Now one huge issue I have noticed with the immersion blender attachment though is the small rubber seal between the steel and the pan guard. Lots of fluids and stuff you blend get stuck inside this very tiny gap. I included 2 pictures, one normal one after I washed it very well and let it dry, then a 2nd one where I simply pushed down on the pot guard. The liquid coming out of the seal is the ice cream mixture I made earlier. It seems like it is impossible to disassemble, so the best I have been able to do is squish the pot guard down to squish out any gunk, and clean the sides as best I can. This one flaw is honestly one of the only big complaints I have about the entire machine though.

Overall, I think it's a fantastic high-quality product that saves some space by acting as multiple small appliances, and it's pretty powerful! If they fix the rubber seal issue around the pot guard with the nasty stuff getting stuck, it would be an easy 5 stars for someone like me who only blends cold things, but otherwise, I worry about the buildup of nasty gunk over time.

This is the third mixer I have purchased within one weekend and the only one that didn’t break when I needed to crank out multiple tiramisus using some very thick mascarpone. Highly recommend the motor compared to others. I haven’t tried the other attachments yet but this one seems to work great.

It works well. Definitely value for your money.
Durability is very very strong The attachments are all there.
Storage capacity is easy cause you can put it in your closet and it will fit And container capacity is a good size

The wife was very impressed with this. Very easy to use and powerful. first thing she tried was to liquify some vegetable for a soup. She said it took longer to cut the veggies out than to liquify them. 3 second burst on the immersion tool and everything was liquid. She next tried the mixer and was just as happy with the speed and consistent results. I suspect this is going to increase my waist size soon as she's looking at too many recipes.

I purchased this two months ago and have LOVED it. It has a hefty feel, more than any of my previous hand blenders, and even the attachments are of a thicker metal. The immersion blender makes mayo so fast – the speed and power are pretty impressive.
I do consider myself to be a near expert when it comes to hand/immersion blenders as we burn one out about every 2 years. We use them a lot. I don’t know how long this one will last, but it has given me hope that it will pass my required 2 yr mark.

Bought this. Was so excited cause i thought i got a fantastic deal.. first the courier left my order outside my door i didn’t realise it was delivered. I only noticed when someone was acting suspicious around my front door and opened to door to see that tgey were trying to pick up my parcel. On opening it, the plug was obviously a US plug so i bought a Us to uk adapter to use it. On plugging it in, the tripped off all the electronics and lights in my house. I was then told i need to buy a step down adapter to use with it to bring down the voltage from 240V to the uk’s 120V or the other was a around i didnt really understand properly anyways i didn’t think i was worth spending another £70 to buy a step down adapter so i have packed it back up and sending it back for a refund. Not worth the hassle at all.
